Seeing that when the list is imported it becomes very long. So, i reformatted the XML posted by BugMeNot replacing "*Internet Explorer*****************" with folder tags. It looks cleaner and easier (at least to me) when each browser is categorized into folders.

Here's the new XML: http://pastebin.com/f481342bf

I hope you find it useful :-)

Re: Huge Import List!

Not sure if you want to add this to the list but here's the user agent for Firefox 3.5b99:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b4) Gecko/20090423 Firefox/3.5b4 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) (*done on a windows 7 pc).

Also, after importing the list into FF 3.5b99 only some sections expand/show.  Firefox is one that doesn't show.

Re: Huge Import List!

I found by checking "overwrite existing user agents when importing" fixed the issue.

Re: Huge Import List!

Rebase and tidy user-agent file. Including Firefox 3.5b and latest additions link here. Defaults are included and I suggest deleting them prior to importing this file.

Re: Huge Import List!

Since I haven't seen this elsewhere, here's the string from my Android 1.5 (t-mobile G1) phone browser:
Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 1.5; en-us; T-Mobile G1 Build/CRB43) AppleWebKit/528.5+ (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.2 Mobile Safari/525.20.1

I've seen some discussion(s) in other forums about sites checking the App Name field and rejecting other users; it was making me crazy until I figured out that's what was happening to me quite a few times as well.

I think reorganizing the list into folders is a fantastic solution to slogging thru a huge list, & I'd really like to have that feature. Is there anywhere I could find a fully-fielded list? Or any chance that this list might be modified into fully-feilded? Maybe someone (not me) knows how a script could populate the fields?

Any (helpful) thoughts would be greatly appreciated,
.
Thanks, Wilz
