Seeing marine iguanas on land was cool, but getting to swim with them was something else

@chrispederick That’s amazing. I guess I thought since they have legs they’d paddle not just tuck the legs in and wiggle. They look like little torpedoes.
@Miraz Yeah, it’s very unusual, but clearly they modelled Godzilla in the 1998 movie after these iguanas: YouTube video /cc @Burk
@pratik I still have more videos to post and I think at least three of them are cooler than the iguanas!
@chrispederick I’ve never seen the Godzilla movies but that clip definitely shows the iguana origins.
