@chrispederick @_joe it’s always a positive vibe to see organizations support remote work; but I find more joy when reading other peoples methods.
Having been mostly remote for the past two years (a decade+ if side work was considered), that discipline bit is a canvas to always learn from. There are common brushes and inks, but the implementation is almost as unique as the individual.
